Washington (High School)

Monday: Vegetable bar (offered daily), pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad, steamed corn, apricots, spiced apples. Tuesday: Chicken nuggets or popcorn shrimp, savory rice, banana, fresh citrus fruit cup, fresh whole-wheat roll. Wednesday: Chili, whole grain corn chips, creamy coleslaw, fresh orange wedges, melon mix, fresh whole-wheat cinnamon roll. Thursday: Baked chicken drumstick or baked ham, two-potato mash, marinated fresh vegetable salad, fresh kiwi, fresh pear, angel biscuit & jelly. Friday: Barbecued pulled pork on WG bun or sloppy joe on WG bun, Tater Tots, seasoned peas, baked beans, fresh apple, fruit cocktail, snickerdoodle cookie.


Monday: Hot dog on whole grain bun, or cold entrée (offered daily, grades 4-12), sweet potato fries, oranges. Tuesday: Barbecued pork on whole grain bun, romaine lettuce salad, baby carrots, diced peaches. Wednesday: Taco, shredded lettuce & cheese, corn, applesauce. Thursday: Chicken patty on whole grain bun, green beans, coleslaw, grapes. Friday: No school.


Monday: Veggie bar (offered daily, MS, HS), baked potato, ham & cheese sauce, broccoli florets, WG bread stick, grapes & strawberries, Goldfish (HS). Tuesday: Sausage, egg & cheese, homemade angel biscuit, potato puffs, crunchy carrots, smooth applesauce, cereal mix (HS). Wednesday: Mandarin orange chicken, WG brown rice, peas & carrots, cherry tomatoes, orange smiles, finger Jell-O. Thursday: Turkey & cheese, WG hot dog bun, shredded lettuce, baked beans, diced peaches, Sun chips. Friday: Lasagna, WG bread stick, lettuce salad & dressing, diced pears, cottage cheese (HS).


Monday: Nacho grande, salsa/sour cream, steamed broccoli, red pepper strips, red & green grapes. Tuesday: Chicken tetrazzini, garlic bread stick, garden salad, steamed corn, orange wedges. Wednesday: Sloppy joe on a WG bun, roasted sweet potatoes, baked beans, kiwi fruit. Thursday: Chicken brown rice bowl, Oriental vegetables, cucumber slices, fresh pineapple, whole-wheat bread & butter. Friday: Chili soup, crackers, fresh baby carrots & cauliflower w/ranch, apple slices, chocolate cake.


Monday: Chef salad (offered daily, HS) or French toast, sausage, tri-tater, green peppers, juice. Tuesday: Chipped beef gravy on biscuit, green beans, cherry tomatoes, mandarin oranges. Wednesday: Barbecued beef/bun, cooked carrots, fresh broccoli, and fruit cocktail. Thursday: Tuna noodle casserole, peas, celery, banana bar, peaches. Friday: Turkey & cheese sandwich, baked beans, romaine lettuce mix, apple.

Monday: Ham balls, SC mashed potatoes, baked beans, banana peach cup, pudding. Tuesday: Vegetable soup, roast beef sandwich, tomato spoon salad, fruit & cookie. Wednesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, spinach, strawberry-banana Jell-O, chocolate cake. Thursday: Chicken noodle casserole, broccoli, mixed green salad, fruit. Friday: Fish, confetti rice, winter mix, banana, lemon cheesecake bar.
