Washington High School

Monday: Vegetable bar (served daily), chicken nuggets or Salisbury steak, baked potato, steamed asparagus, fresh citrus fruit cup, fresh whole-wheat cinnamon roll. Tuesday: Turkey & cheese sub or hot ham & cheese, romaine lettuce & tomato, baked beans, roasted sweet potatoes, fresh Clementine, M & M cookie. Wednesday: Hot dog on bun, multigrain Sun chips, fresh apple chocolate pudding. Thursday: Pork stir-fry or beef stir-fry, brown rice, steamed corn, strawberries & banana, Rice Krispie bars. Friday: Sausage pizza, Caesar salad, steamed mixed vegetables, pineapple tidbits.

St. James

Monday: Chicken & cheese dip sticks, seasoned corn, fresh banana. Tuesday: Turkey hot dog, fresh sliced cucumbers, cinnamon applesauce. Wednesday: Choice of salad bar plate or Salisbury steak & gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, peaches. Thursday: Chicken tetrazzini, mixed greens salad, fresh apples, garlic toast. Friday: Shrimp poppers, green beans, chilled sliced pears, Rice Krispie bar.


Monday: Cheeseburger on bun, or cold entrée (offered daily, grades 4-12), sweet potato criss-cut fries, pears, sunshine bar. Tuesday: Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, peaches. Wednesday: Spaghetti, bread stick, spinach lettuce salad, mixed fruit. Thursday: Individual pizza, corn, blueberry coffeecake. Friday: Chicken patty on bun, coleslaw, baked beans, strawberries & bananas.


Monday: Hamburger, WG bun, french fries, grape tomatoes, applesauce, chocolate pudding cup. Tuesday: Spaghetti, WG bread stick, spinach/romaine salad & dressing, pineapple chunks, cottage cheese (HS). Wednesday: Soft shell turkey tacos, lettuce/cheese/salsa, fiesta salsa, WG tortilla chips, fruit salad. Thursday: Teriyaki chicken, brown rice, sliced carrots, steamed peas, diced pears, cookie, buttered bread (HS). Friday: Hot dog, WG hot-dog bun, baked beans, celery sticks/ranch, grapes, WG dessert stick (HS).

Iowa Mennonite School

Monday: Chef salad w/fajita chicken strips, oatmeal roll, peaches, 3-bean salad. Tuesday: Chicken patty, Lay’s chips, baked beans, red pepper strips, mixed fruit. Wednesday: Shrimp poppers, mashed potatoes, corn, strawberries, WW bread. Thursday: Cowboy cavatini, romaine garden salad, WW roll/jelly, banana. Friday: Picnic lunch.


Monday: Sweet & sour chicken, fried rice, steamed peas, cherry tomatoes, fresh pineapple, cinnamon puff. Tuesday: Barbecued meatballs, mashed potatoes, oatmeal roll, baked beans, banana. Wednesday: Cheese sticks, marinara sauce, green beans, red pepper strips, mixed fresh fruit, chocolate chip cookie. Thursday: Salsa chicken, orange rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots, mixed melon, whole-wheat bread & butter. Friday: Maid-Rite on a WG bun, chili roasted sweet potatoes, Bistro spinach salad, fresh pears, pumpkin bar.


Monday: Chef salad (offered daily) or cheese omelet, sausage patty, Tri-Tater, green peppers, bread, juice. Tuesday: Chipped beef gravy on a WW biscuit, green beans, grape tomatoes, mandarin oranges. Wednesday: Tenderloin/WG bun, cooked carrots, fresh broccoli, fruit cocktail. Thursday: Beef & noodles, peas, celery, wheat roll, peaches. Friday: Turkey & cheese sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, apple.

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed vegetables, peaches, ice cream. Thursday: Ham & noodle casserole, broccoli Normandy, wheat bread, fruit cup, dessert bar. Friday: Barbecued chicken, au gratin potatoes, lima beans, mandarin oranges, baked fruit & grain bar.

Monday: Sausage gravy, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fruit, coffeecake. Tuesday: Loose meat burger, sweet potato puffs, coleslaw, fruit, chocolate chip bar. Wednesday: Roast turkey, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli, creamy cuke salad, fruit. Thursday: Lasagna, mixed green salad, garlic bread, banana, raisin bar. Friday: Salmon loaf, creamed peas, potatoes, strawberries/banana.
