Music program to be given in Keokuk

The Keokuk Concert Association very proudly presents the Culver-Stockton College Music Faculty at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 18, at the Grand Theater, 26 Sixth St. in Keokuk. This concert is the fourth of the 2013-2014 series.

Enjoy an afternoon of inspiring music as The Culver-Stockton Music Faculty interprets artistic expression at the turning points of time and culture, including works by Russian composer, Dmitri Shostakovich and German composer, Paul Hindemith. The C-SC concert of music from the turn of times will also include solo and chamber works by other 20th century composers, as well as Schubert and Bach.

Those holding season memberships in the cities of Fairfield and Washington will be admitted free of charge.
