A new high school leadership team has formed within Washington County 4-H – the 4-H ELITE Project Team. These young people are “Enthusiastic Leaders Inspiring Teamwork and Experiences.” This group is passionate about doing just that.

The group has specific goals to plan events that meet the needs of Washington County 4-H'ers and have fun at the same time. They met this fall to plan and prepare for their first major event, “The ELITE Survival Experience” that will be new to Washington County 4-H this January. This will be an event for 4-H'ers in sixth- through eighth-graders with more details to come soon.
