MEDIAPOLIS — Highland got pushed around by a more aggressive Mediapolis squad in a 65-27 loss to the fifth-ranked Bullettes on Tuesday night.

Mediapolis (9-0, 9-0 SEISC North) out-rebounded the Huskies 32-15, and the Bullettes took 27 more shots in the contest.

“They are the real deal, but we didn’t follow the game plan,” Highland head coach Jody Fink said. “They were the more aggressive team, and if you don’t body up on the boards they will beat you down.”

Sophomore Emily Wieland scored 11 points to lead the Huskies (6-4, 5-4 SEISC North).

Sophomore Andrea Larson scored a game-high 15 points to lead the Bullettes. Sophomore Heidi Hillyard added 13 points, and senior Kensley Heater had 12.
