Shauna Marie Fleagle, 24, of Iowa City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue in Iowa City on a Washington County warrant for third-degree burglary, fifth-degree theft and criminal mischief.

Allen Lee Bettcher, 66, of Hedrick, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 200 block of South Stone St. in Sigourney on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for mittimus.

Ryley Dale Jones, 25, of Grand Mound, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 600 block of North Second Street in Clinton for ongoing criminal conduct, second-degree theft and credit card fraud.


Traffic accidents

A truck reportedly went into the ditch Wednesday morning at Highway 218 and 230th Street in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.

A vehicle was reported in a ditch at Highway 218 in Riverside with its lights on Wednesday evening. Officers, Riverside QRS, Riverside Fire and Washington County Ambulance responded.


Traffic stop serious

Stacey Lynn Wade Wentz, 35, of Brighton, was cited into court Thursday morning at Underwood and Highway 92 in Ainsworth for driving under suspension.


Disorderly conduct

A large fight was reported in progress Thursday morning in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Officers responded. The parties had gone their separate ways prior to deputy’s arrival. Nothing physical had occurred.


Illegal dumping

A caller in the 3000 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported Wednesday morning that someone kept throwing household garbage in his dumpster. Officers spoke with a suspect.
