A Washington man faces two Class C felonies and one aggravated misdemeanor charge after being arrested Monday for third-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, and indecent contact with a child.
Charles Robert Sage, 62, of Washington, remains in the Washington County Jail under $25,000 bond. Court records also show that no-contact orders have been issued for the alleged victims in the case.  According to the court records, the incidents that brought the sexual abuse and lascivious acts charges allegedly occurred from about July 2012 to Oct. 25, 2013. The records said that Sage allowed a juvenile under the age of 14 to watch adult pornography at Sage’s residence. The records also said that the incidents would turn to sexual assaults.
The indecent contact with a child charge stems from an incident when Sage allegedly fondled several areas on the body of a child under the age of 11.
A Class C felony can bring up to five years in prison and a $750 to $7,500 fine. An aggravated misdemeanor can bring up to two years in prison and a fine of up to $6,250.
A search of Iowa Courts On Line found no previous charges brought against Sage in the state of Iowa.
