The line down was a Windstream line and Windstream responded. At 12:06 p.m. a subject hit a pole in the parking lot of the Kewash Trail at 1109 West Fifth Street. The pole had snapped and there were lines down. No injuries were reported. Officers responded. Moore’s responded and towed the vehicle. Alliant Energy was notified. Damage was over $1,500 and a state accident report will be filed. No citation was issued.
