Washington City Council to meet Tuesday

The Washington City Council will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 120 E. Main St.

Items on the consent agenda include Nov. 7 council minutes; TCI Equipment Finance, Bravo Trailer, $35,576; Bankers Trust, Series 2008 GO Capital Loan Note, $50,268; Bankers Trust, Series 2009 GO Capital Loan Note, $57,837; Fox Engineering, Sanitary Sewer Collection System, $17,168; ECICOG, CDBG Housing Rehabilitation, $3,542; Institute of Public Affairs, preparation and facilitation of goal-setting session, $3,764; Fox Engineering, wastewater treatment plant project, $6,956; Fox Engineering, water system facility plan, $3,885; Cahoy Pump, well repair, $27,338l; and department reports.

The council will consider the claims and financial reports; month-to-date and year- to-date financial reports; DeLong Construction, Oakwood Village Subdivision, $12,765; and Paws and More, quarterly donation, (Tabled 11-07-2012).

The council will consider hearings, ordinances and resolutions pertaining to Insurance on the Avenue, United Presbyterian Home and Washington Preservation LLC.

Discussion and Consideration of Resolution Approving Development Agreement with Insurance on the Avenue.

Items on the agenda include downtown recycling; recycling trailer; the release of lien for Jeremy and Joanna Moser, 1103 E. Main St.; an internal promissory note –Country Club Road (to be repaid by TIF); and department head report–Maintenance and Construction Department.
