Woman arrested in domestic incident

RIVERSIDE — A Riverside woman was arrested Monday morning after a domestic incident that occurred in the 100 block of West Fourth Street.

According to the Washington County call log, Sarah Kay Moore, 51, of Riverside, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of a firearm by a felon.

A caller had reported that a domestic situation had occurred the previous night and when she returned that morning he had kicked her car, so she broke out his windshield with a post.

Nicholas Glen Hughes, 38, of Riverside, was also cited at the same time and location for driving while suspended, 15th offense.
